Civil360AGS is a digital platform that enables civil engineering professionals to discover and contact other verified professionals. This policy explains the rules regarding cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us.
  • After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted in specific situations after review by our support team:

  • Duplicate payments or accidental double billing.
  • Technical issues preventing service access.
  • Billing errors caused by the payment gateway.
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind or if the user has accessed service features.
  • Failure to use subscription benefits after successful activation.
